Job Description - Customer Service Executive (Auto Insurance)

Position Type: Entry Level - Individual Contributor


Employment Type: Full-Time


Work Setup: Onsite, Night Shift


Work Location: Cebu Business Park, Cebu City & Mall of Asia (MOA), Pasay City


Salary Rate: PHP 27,000 per month

You'll use your expertise to guide customers through their insurance options and assist them with any questions or claims they have. Scope & Responsibilities:


  • Demonstrate expertise in insurance products and services.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to customers regarding insurance options.
  • Handle customer inquiries and claims efficiently and professionally, particularly in critical situations.
  • Manage incoming calls from customers reporting accidents or seeking insurance coverage.
  • Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and policies.
  • Verify and validate driver's license information as part of client requirements.


Required Qualifications:


  • Completed Senior High School or College Graduate.
  • Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in auto insurance or car dealership or has a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in international environments or with purely voice-based communications.
  • Minimum proficiency equivalent to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) B2 level.
