Scope & Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Handle inbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on healthcare services, benefits, and claims.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Stay updated on industry developments, healthcare regulations, and company policies to provide accurate information and support.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or healthcare-related roles.
• Minimum of 6 months international BPO experience (Voice/Blended).
• Good communication skills.
• Can start ASAP.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
