  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
  • Follow communication guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support administrative or back-office tasks related to customer service, as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or client support roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Comfort using CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and basic productivity tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
