Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Telco Account

We're looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, complaints, order processing, and modifications across different communication channels. The ideal candidate should stay calm in challenging situations and have a good computer background.

Requirements: 

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
• Ability to remain composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers
• Proficient in computer usage
• Previous experience in customer support roles
