Customer Service Representative - Davao

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Accounting, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Communications/PR, Hospitality/Hotel and Restaurant Management.
• Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Engage effectively to clients and builds a shared understanding of issues;
• Provide effective and competent service to clients; and
• Deliver a fast and accurate solution to clients’ concerns and/or complaints.

Additional Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Mass Communications, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• No work experience required.
• With less than 1 year experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Smart and personable
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• With good interpersonal skills
• Willing to work in SM Davao
