Job Description - Customer Service Representative - Davao
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Accounting, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Communications/PR, Hospitality/Hotel and Restaurant Management.
Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Responsibilities
Engage effectively to clients and builds a shared understanding of issues;
Provide effective and competent service to clients; and
Deliver a fast and accurate solution to clients’ concerns and/or complaints.
Additional Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Mass Communications, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
No work experience required.
With less than 1 year experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
