Job Description - Customer Service Representative (ELD)

Description

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues as needed.

2. Order Processing:

  • Proper endorsement to other departments concerns sales/ordering.

3. Issue Resolution:

  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions
  • Collaborate with the technical support team (Jira) to resolve complex problems.

4. Communication:

  • Maintain clear and concise communication with customers, colleagues, and other departments.

5. Customer Education:

  • Educate customers about product features, usage, and best practices.
  • Assist in developing and updating customer support knowledge base.

6. Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

7. Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with team members to share information and improve overall customer service.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

 

MIN YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

  • 1 years BPO Call center Experience

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills & Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Cheerful outlook and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:

  • College graduate

OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES:

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Able to work onsite
