Customer Service Representative (Remote)

We’re a boutique practice known for delivering high-end, white-glove legal representation to clients facing criminal charges anywhere in the state—from petty theft to capital murder. We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-driven Legal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our attorneys. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of legal and administrative responsibilities, from drafting and filing documents to reviewing evidence and managing billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Document Preparation & Filing: Draft, proofread, and file legal documents with precision, ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines.
• Evidence Review: Organize, analyze, and summarize case evidence to assist attorneys in trial preparation.
• Billing & Administrative Support: Oversee billing processes, perform administrative tasks, and prepare and send client invoices.

• We are seeking candidates with highly effective English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure successful collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders. Fluency close to native-level proficiency is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the BPO customer service industry is required. Experience in billing and invoicing is a plus.
• Candidates must have their own laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, high-speed internet, and a backup connection. They must also be amenable to working night shifts and overtime.

This is an established firm that has extensive experience working with individuals in long term 40+ hour full time capacity.  We will view this team member as a crucial piece of the team and will provide the needed training to get up to speed quickly.

• Salary Range: $6 – $8 per hour (based on your experience and performance)
