Job Description:

Our Atlanta-based medical device company is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with their needs promptly and professionally.

  5. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and issues in our CRM system for future reference and reporting.

  6. Product Information: Stay up-to-date with product updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers.

  7. Communication: Collaborate with other teams within the company, such as sales and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  1. Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred, but not required.

  2. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and customer-centric approach.
