Job Description - Customer Service Representative (Remote Philippines)

Full-time

Description

Answer inbound calls from patients regarding appointments, medication refills, lab results, and other inquiries
Deliver professional, compassionate assistance to patients
Handle an average of 80 calls per shift with efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

Fully equipped WFH setup: stable internet, computer, and noise-cancelling headset
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
Amenable to night shift (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM local Philippine time, Sunday to Thursday)
Customer service / call center experience required
No medical background needed — full training provided
