Job Description - Customer Service Representative - Voice & Chat Account

Position Type: Entry Level - Individual Contributor


Employment Type: Full-Time


Work Setup: Onsite, Nightshift


Work Location: Cubao or UP Town Center, Quezon City

Scope & Responsibilities:


  • Outbound calls and email support to international customers.
  • Assisting customers with product or service inquiries over the phone and through email.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all customer interactions.
  • Collaborating with other customer service representatives and departments to address customer needs efficiently.


Required Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (for the old curriculum) or Senior High School diploma or equivalent (for the new curriculum).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a BPO voice role within an international environment.
  • Willing to work onsite at the Cubao/UP Town Center office.
  • Available to start as soon as possible.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in sales, upselling, healthcare, financial services, or managing blended accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
