Customer Service Representative/Field Dispatcher

Scope of Work:

• Answer phones, chats, and emails promptly and professionally.
• Schedule the
• Process outbound and receive inbound calls from customers confirming appointments.
• Process outbound and receive inbound calls from field technicians to update work order status.
• Modify work orders to reflect order line-item changes or deletions.
• Cancel, Reschedule, or place work orders on hold.
• Notate customer’s account.
• Make sure field technicians are following procedures correctly and document issues for escalation.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 2 years in College.
• Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience in a field service/dispatch or customer service account.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule and on-site.
