• Take inbound calls from customers and help them with questions and complaints
• Assist customers with purchases and returns
• Provide customers with status of their orders and escalate any issues encountered
• Log call details and update customer information in the system
• Observe company policy at all times
• Filipino
• At least High School graduate
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year BPO experience (voice international account)
• Above average to excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Computer literate with typing speed of 25wpm 85% accuracy
• Willing to work on night shift / rotating shift
• Willing to be assigned in Bacoor, Cavite
