A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

You’ll provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive overall experience. This role involves handling inbound and/or outbound interactions across voice and non-voice channels (calls, chat, and email), while maintaining service quality and operational excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via voice and non-voice channels (calls, chat, and email).
  • Provide professional customer service with proper communication etiquette across all channels.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
  • Escalate issues when necessary following established processes.
  • Gather and record customer information, concerns, and actions taken in the system.
  • Utilize knowledge base tools for product, service, and policy information needed to resolve inquiries.
  • Continuously learn new tools, systems, and processes relevant to the role.
