Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative- Team Leader is responsible to supervise the team. Also to attend customer queries and complaints, process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
· Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
· Communicating with customers through various channels.
· Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
· Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
· Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed
· Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns
· Adapt to new technologies and processes as they are implemented
· Performing other duties as required.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field preferred.
· Customer service experience preferred.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Dedication to customer satisfaction
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer
· Detail-oriented and able to organize and perform with accuracy and within deadlines
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
