As Customer Success Director, you have accountability and responsibility for managing the success of the customers in your portfolio. In this role you make a significant contribution helping Backbase enterprise customers successfully execute their digital transformation program through our products, professional services and your strategic insights. Success is defined as accountability for delivering programs, accountability for driving the ROI for customer's investment in Backbase platform and services, accountability for up-and cross sell (Product License ARR) and accountability for an outstanding NP-Score.
