What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 3 years experience Customer Success, Account Management, or related role in B2B environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results.
- Experience in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and successfully closing additional business
- Experience with HubSpot CRM
Nice to Have:
- Background in digital marketing, development services, or related fields.
What will you do?
- Client Relationship Management:
- Engage with clients regularly through video calls, emails, and meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, feedback, and issues.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Understand client goals and develop strategies to achieve them using company's services.
- Communicate client requirements and expectations to internal teams effectively.
- Coordinate with marketing, development, and operations teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling:
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services such as marketing automation, revenue operations, development services, and website services.
- Present and propose new solutions to clients, demonstrating how they can add value to their business.
- Customer Onboarding and Retention:
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
- Monitor client progress and provide support to ensure they achieve desired outcomes.
- Implement retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize customer lifetime value.
