Customer Success Manager (AU Marketing Agency, Home-based)

Salary: P60,000 to P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Minimum of 3 years experience Customer Success, Account Management, or related role in B2B environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results.
• Experience in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and successfully closing additional business
• Experience with HubSpot CRM

Nice to Have:

• Background in digital marketing, development services, or related fields.

What will you do?

• Client Relationship Management:
• Engage with clients regularly through video calls, emails, and meetings.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, feedback, and issues.
• Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Understand client goals and develop strategies to achieve them using company's services.
• Communicate client requirements and expectations to internal teams effectively.
• Coordinate with marketing, development, and operations teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling:
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services such as marketing automation, revenue operations, development services, and website services.
• Present and propose new solutions to clients, demonstrating how they can add value to their business.
• Customer Onboarding and Retention:
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
• Monitor client progress and provide support to ensure they achieve desired outcomes.
• Implement retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize customer lifetime value.
