• As our Customer Success Manager, you'll help customers transform software into measurable business outcomes. You'll become a trusted advisor, combining relationship management, technology expertise, and business insight to drive platform adoption, improve customer outcomes, and uncover new opportunities for growth.
  
• Working closely with Product, Sales, Implementation, and Delivery teams, you'll use customer insights, platform analytics, and strategic conversations to ensure every client gets the maximum value from their investment. • Manage a portfolio of customers and drive long-term adoption and success.
  
• Analyze platform usage to identify adoption gaps and improvement opportunities.
  
• Conduct platform health checks and provide strategic recommendations.
  
• Lead customer success reviews and roadmap discussions.
  
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Implementation, and Delivery teams to achieve customer outcomes.
  
• Coordinate customer issues through to resolution within agreed service levels.
  
• Gather customer feedback and contribute to future product enhancements.
  
• Identify opportunities for additional modules, integrations, and platform capabilities.
  
• Prepare and deliver customer success reports and account updates.
  
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels of customer organizations.
  
• Drive customer retention through proactive engagement and value realization.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solution Consulting, SaaS Account Management, or a similar client-facing technology role.
  
• Experience working in a SaaS or technology environment.
  
• Strong understanding of customer adoption, platform utilization, and value realization.
  
• Experience engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Experience using collaboration or customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom.
  

• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  
• Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM/customer success platforms.
  
• Background in B2B SaaS or the education technology (EdTech) industry.
  
• Demonstrated career stability.
  
• Leadership potential with aspirations to progress into a Team Lead role.
