Customer Success Specialist

We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Specialists for a well-known Electronics and Appliance brand. In this role, you will be the front line in handling customer inquiries, providing product support, and resolving concerns via voice, chat, or email.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries related to product usage, warranty, delivery, and basic troubleshooting
• Handle order status follow-ups, returns, exchanges, and repair requests
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed service metrics including AHT, FCR, and CSAT
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex concerns

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of college education or a completed vocational course
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service (BPO, in-house, or retail) preferred
• Exposure to Electronics or Appliance products is a requirement
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Familiar with basic computer systems and CRM platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and attention to detail
• Willing to work AU shift on-site in Ortigas, Pasig area, on Weekend or Holidays
