How can you make a difference?

• Provide excellent customer service
• Communicate with customers over the phone, via email, and/or online chat
• Multitaskon multiple computer screens and windows to attend to the customer’s concern
• Resolve issues while providing an exceptional customer experience

To join our team, you need:

• 6 months of BPO experience
• Must not be currently enrolled or will not enroll in any educational institution
• At least a high school or senior high schooldiploma
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to type 35 words per minute
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
