Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support to EFT sure customers and stakeholders, utilizing both ticket-based and voice support methods.
  • Your role will also involve immersing yourself in the intricacies of the Australian financial process, gaining a comprehensive understanding of its nuances. 
  • Make phone calls to Australian companies to confirm payment details.
  • Provide high-quality customer support for EFT sure Clients and stakeholders (Ticket-Based and Voice Support).
  • Familiarize yourself with the Australian financial process.
  • Develop expertise in their service and application, capable of working with minimal supervision.

About you

  • Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent Bachelor's Degree.
  • Possesses good functional, technical, and analytical skills.
  • A background in Financial Applications and Australian Financial Processes.
  • Has experience in supporting live applications managing business-critical technical functions and ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Experience in voice call support.
  • Demonstrates a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Can interact effectively with customers, peers, and management via multiple communication channels.
  • Possesses knowledge of MS Office and Windows OS navigation.
  • Open to fresh graduates.
