• Manage, communicate, and respond to our customers via email and chat.
• Understand customers’ needs and provide them with appropriate personalized solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to couples, providing guidance, best practices, and recommendations to maximize their experience with our products/services (while collaborating with our research, product, and logistics teams).
• Build strong relationships with couples by providing trust, empathy, and professionalism.

• The ideal candidate has a “get it done” attitude and takes the initiative while being resourceful and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and connect with couples.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve issues.
• Polite, empathetic, patient, trustworthy, and passionate about customer care, with the ability to make people feel at ease.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Independent, detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions precisely.
• Experience as a concierge or in customer service or a related role is an advantage.
