Job Description - Customer Support | Healthcare

As a Customer Support Representative within our healthcare account, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent service and support to patients, healthcare providers, and stakeholders. Working in a dynamic BPO setting, you will handle inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure a seamless experience for all customers.

Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year healthcare or technical experience
Must be at least HS/SHS graduate
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be amenable to work onsite Salary:
19,000 - Package
20% Night differential
HMO on 3rd Month Location: Cebu IT Park
