We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to deliver professional, timely, and high-quality assistance to customers across voice, email, and chat channels. This role is ideal for individuals who can communicate clearly, manage customer concerns with empathy, and maintain service quality in a structured support environment. You will handle inquiries, resolve common issues, escalate complex cases when necessary, and help ensure that every customer interaction reflects the company's service standards. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working with service metrics and process guidelines.
