Job Description - CyberArk Operations Engineer (Junior)
Key Responsibilities:• Deploy, configure and maintain CyberArk solutions to secure privileged accounts and credentials for on-premise and cloud environments.• Monitor CyberArk system performance, health, and availability to prevent/resolve issues proactively.• Troubleshoot any configuration issues and collaborate with other IT teams for resolution.• Develop and implement security policies, best practices, and procedures for CyberArk operations.• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as a CyberArk subject matter expert, ensuring the proper use of privileged access management (PAM) tools.• Review and address failed password rotations.• Address stale accounts.• Participate in Disaster Recovery exercises.• Maintain CyberArk documentation, including runbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides.• Review and recommend CyberArk software patches, upgrades, and enhancements.• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience• Atleast 1-2 years of experience in deploying, configuring and maintaining CyberArk solutions, including CyberArk PAS (Privileged Access Security)• Experience with various CyberArk products and modules such as AIM, PSM, PVWA, and CPM.• Solid knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.• Strong understanding of network and security concepts, protocols, and tools.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Proven experience in managing multiple projects, tasks, and priorities in a fast-paced environment• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills• Possess relevant CyberArk certifications ((e.g., CyberArk Defender, CyberArk Sentry, etc.)
