As a Cybersecurity Specialist at Cooee Inc., you will play a vital role in safeguarding our systems, networks, anddata against evolving cyber threats. You will be part of the team to implement robust security measures,conduct assessments, and assist in incident response activities.

What you'll be working on
- Develop and implement assessments using IT security control frameworks to evaluate the securityposture of company's IT environments.
- Monitor and analyze networks, servers, databases, and endpoint logs to identify threats and indicatorsof compromise.
- Identify process and control gaps, providing recommendations to mitigate identified risks effectively.
- Assisting in managing security logs/platforms, such as firewalls, WAFs, IPS/IDS, Endpoint Protection,Data Loss Prevention, VAPT tools (e.g., Kali Linux, Nmap, Nessus, Burpsuite), SIEM , and anti-malwareprograms.
- Participating in cyber incident response activities, including assessment, containment, eradication,monitoring, and reporting.
- Contributing to the development of formal written reports to communicate security assessment resultsto management.
- Assisting in the configuration and maintenance of network security solutions, including SIEM, EDR, andfirewalls.
- Reviewing and analyzing security-related events, assessing risk and validity, and reporting findings to theteam.
- Collaborating with team members to identify security gaps and review existing security measures foreffectiveness.
What were looking for:
- Minimum of one year of experience in managing cybersecurity or similar roles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Defender and firewall
- Knowledge of Sentinel One or Huntress is preferred.
- Ability to interpret and follow technical plans effectively.
- Strong communication skills to convey networking concepts to both technical and non-technicalaudiences.
- Ability to identify and mitigate infrastructure, systems and network vulnerabilities
- Experience with penetration testing and techniques and in networking is a plus
Job Type: Full-time, Mid Shift (10-7 PM)
