Position: D365 Functional Consultant

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced D365 Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding our clients' business requirements and translating them into effective D365 solutions. The D365 Functional Consultant will work closely with our clients to identify their needs, design and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct client meetings to gather and understand business requirements

- Analyze and document business processes and workflows

- Design and configure D365 solutions to meet client needs

- Collaborate with technical consultants to develop and implement customizations and integrations

- Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing

- Provide training and support to end-users

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 functionality

- Keep up-to-date with the latest D365 features and functionality

- Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a D365 Functional Consultant

- Strong understanding of D365 modules and functionality

- Experience in implementing D365 solutions for various industries

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
