What is the role that we need? We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst at Infinit-O, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data acquisition strategies, ensure data accuracy and quality, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  

• Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and informative reports and dashboards to present data findings effectively to stakeholders.
  

• Data Quality Assurance: Implement data validation processes to maintain the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the data.
  

• Business Insights: Translate data analysis into actionable recommendations to support strategic business decisions and process optimization.

• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders from different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data collection methods, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  

Job Requirements and Credentials: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology  or a related field. A master's degree in Data Science or relevant certifications is a plus.
  

• Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, data visualization, and insights generation. Experience in the BPO or technology industry is preferred.
  

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret complex data sets.
  

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively present data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  

Desired 

• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques for predictive analytics.
  

• Certifications in data analytics or related fields.
