Key Responsibilities

• Leading PowerBI development—Build customer-facing reports that will help businesses make data-driven decisions. These reports are used every day by accounting firms to run their businesses.
• Take Ownership on Quality—Quality is a collective responsibility, but you are pivotal in identifying issues and leading their resolution. You have the courage to uphold quality standards, even when they might be overlooked by others. Beyond testing and validating, you lead by example, educating engineers on best practices and maintaining the highest quality standards. Your role is to ensure that excellence is a shared value across the team.

About You

• Experience in data visualization and analysis, including PowerBI development (or similar tools like Looker or Tableau)
• Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of data modeling best practices and principles
• A keen eye for detail that ensures precision and accuracy in all tasks
• A natural problem solver with a passion for data visualization and analysis, capable of deciphering complex user requirements and transforming them into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with our international, multi-location team
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Nice to haves:

• Experience in Snowflake, DBT, Version Control, Python is an asset
• Familiarity with the full software development life cycle and quality engineering best practices is a bonus
