• You will cover breaking news or trend analysis using S&P-collected and third-party data.
• You will carry out analysis to produce unique differentiated content based on data-focused analytical trends.
• Articulating key financial and market trends.
• Fact-checking data for articles and in-depth research articles.
• Collaborating with other members of both News and Research teams on data-focused coverage.

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Journalism, or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, financial markets, or reporting of financial data.
• Prior knowledge of the insurance industry or data journalism would be an asset.
• Highly developed analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.
