Job Summary

The Data Control Assistant is responsible for the reconciliation of Trust balances, inventory of assets and accountable forms and preparation of management and regulatory reports in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Preparing trust fees collection and aging reports and reconcile trust fees with General Accounting Unit

  
  


• 
  

  Preparing reportorial requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Performs periodic inventory of assets and accountable forms

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College degree, preferably Business Course graduates

  
  


• 
  

  Preferably with experience in accounting related business or similar nature

  
  


• 
  

  Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision

  
  


• 
  

  AAnalytical, hardworking, people and service-oriented, has the ability to work under pressure and a team player

  
  


• 
  

  Willing to work onsite in Makati
