Strong understanding of software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle, including Agile delivery, coding standards, code reviews, source control, automated testing, CI/CD, and operational excellence.
Proven experience building and enabling Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics solutions through scalable data ingestion, transformation, metadata management, and feature engineering frameworks. Experience developing, training, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models that solve real business challenges.
Demonstrated ability to design and automate reliable data pipelines and operational processes that deliver high-quality, timely, and trusted data while meeting defined service levels and business expectations.
Solid understanding of modern data platforms, cloud-based data infrastructure, and data services, including data storage, processing, orchestration, and governance concepts.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions, clearly communicating data architecture, modeling decisions, engineering approaches, and technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Experience collaborating effectively with geographically distributed teams, building strong partnerships across engineering, analytics, product, and business functions in a global environment.
