Data Intelligence & Analytics Lead

The Data Intelligence and Analytics Lead will provide valuable and relevant analytical and decision support in the Finance Shared Services operation and its customers by developing analytics processes and reports. Improve application usage of prevailing analytics data available in the system and leverage the same for operational and strategic insights. Main objective is to provide insights to management team for arriving at Key strategic and Operational Decisions.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop Strategic Analytics that will provide high impact business insights.
• Design predictive analytics and diagnostic analytics processes.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Acquire relevant data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Apply data methodology to design / create analytics reports, tools and capabilities to improve business performance based on the opportunities.
• Recommend operational actions based on analytics output and build a mechanism to review execution based on recommendations.
• Set up a process to ensure visibility of the analytical outputs and build capability among the field to take action based on the analytical output.
• Drive reporting automation by using analytics portal.
• Provide strategic insights for Management decision-making for high-impact areas driving medium / long term business results and for business planning.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (functional and operational), and identify key risks and opportunities to improve operational performance.
• Continuously engage with the function to stay abreast of strategic and operational priorities to proactively anticipate impact on trend indicators.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of External/Internal Audit experience.
• Experience in data analytics, data mining, forecasting.
• Strong understanding of business operation (FMCG)
• Experience in reporting and analytics (SQL, PowerBI, SAP, ACL)
• Understanding correlation, multivariate regression and all aspects of manipulating data together to look at it from different angles for use in predictive and prescriptive modeling.
• Knowledge and execution experience of Predictive analytics and ability to translate to business results.
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Amenable on a hybrid work set-up.
• Office located in Bagumbayan, Quezon City.
