Job Description
- Manages a group of associates with 10 to 15 FTE.
- Manages monthly contribution of members and ensure it is being submitted on time on or before end of the month with a passing rate of 80% each month.
- Assist new members and or new portfolio onboard in our production DB within 2-3 months. Should be able to assist in training, resolve escalated issues and manage client expectations.
- Should be able to do quality analysis in memebrs enquiry and contribution. Able to coordinate with members on their findings and encourage them to correct their data.
- Should be able to assist on dispute, manage members issue, monitor mixed file percentage, assist in improving search and match criterias.
- Creates and generates report about Data Operations as a whole. list down accomplishment and struggles that we need to focus on.
- Helps in building Operations team to its full capacity and potential. Support the goal of TUPH in achieving its yearly target revenue.
- Provide feedback to associate on how they are doing their work. Provide feedback on the good things they have done and assist them in improving their other other skills to achieve their goals.
- Provide yearly goals to associate in accordance to the company's yearly target revenue and ensure that they at least achieved 80% 0f it.
- Assist in escalated issues and resolve it as soon as possible.
Qualification
- Requires bachelor degree in any financial or IT related fields.
- Must have at least 1-2 years experience in technical support, investigation, root cause analysis and report generation.
- Requires excellent written and verbal communications skills with a background in technical communications.
- Expert level in Microsoft excel.
- Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to bridge business and technical environments, and ability to build professional relationships. Demonstrated ability to meet critical time sensitive objectives.
- Works closely with other teams especially within Operations.
- Build excellent relationship in both internal stakeholders and external TUPH members.
- Willing to work in hybrid and at least 40% working from the office each month.
