ING Hubs Manila is a powerhouse of processing services that is central to the global ING Bank business. They provide services that range from financial markets, trade finance services, lending services, client due diligence/onboarding activities, corporate audit, legal, risk management, IT and software development, retail banking operations, and so much more.

Your role

Collection of data quality requirements amongst the different non-financial risk stakeholders in order to define Data Quality functional requirements and standards;
Creates data quality reports, translates data requirements into data quality rules, and performs root-cause analysis of data quality issues;
Drives remediation of data quality issues and performs ongoing monitoring;

All ING trainees participate in global learning events. There, you learn about every aspect of core banking, such as the role of a bank, the bank balance sheet, bank funding, IT processes, and risk management. Needless to say, these events also help you to develop your soft skills such as how to deal with business partners, stakeholder management, and presentation techniques. Each traineeship track also has its own specialized training courses.

About you

Expertise in the area of Data Management;
Preferably experienced in the financial or consulting sector and/or non-financial risk domain;
Effective communication of (data quality) requirements with business and technical colleagues;
Excellent (English) verbal and written communication skills;
Able to work under pressure, capable to meet certain deadlines;
Team player with a passion for delivery and customer satisfaction a “can do” mentality and the ability to see the big picture;
A Master’s degree in any relevant field is an advantage;
International experience is an advantage.
