We are
looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment,
learns quickly, and can manage multiple systems and platforms to collect and
process data efficiently. As part of this initiative, you will play a vital
role in ensuring data integrity and accuracy, which is critical to the success
of this project and our customer experience.

Key
Responsibilities

• Data Collection and
  Interpretation:
  Extract and analyze customer data from multiple systems, including SAP,
  Salesforce, and 3rd party vendor licensing platforms, to gather
  information such as contact details, license entitlements, contract
  agreements, and pricing.
  
• Data Curation and Preparation: Organize, validate, and
  curate data into well-structured formats for upload into a vendor portal.
  Extreme attention to detail and adherence to established data formatting
  standards are required.
  
• Data Upload and Issue
  Remediation:
  Upload data into the new system accurately and troubleshoot any
  data-related issues, ensuring 100% accuracy to maintain project timelines.
  
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal
  teams, including IT and business operations, to ensure proper data
  alignment and compatibility with the new system.
  
• Process Documentation: Document processes, findings,
  and best practices to streamline data preparation and upload activities
  for future use. 
  

Requirements

Required
Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft
  Excel, including advanced features such as pivot tables, VLOOKUPs,
  data cleaning, and formatting.
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce, with the ability to navigate and extract data from
  these systems efficiently.
  
• Strong analytical and
  problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining 100% data accuracy and
  integrity.
  
• Proven ability to work
  independently and manage multiple tasks while contributing to a larger
  project team.
  
• Excellent organizational skills
  and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  
• Must be able to work on a night shift schedule.
  

Preferred
Skills and Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with Microsoft
  licensing structures and related data sets.
  
• Exposure to the AppDirect
  platform or similar vendor portals is an asset.
  
• Experience in large-scale data
  migration projects.
  
• Previous experience working on
  self-service or customer portal initiatives.
