Job Description
• Organize & analyze large amount of data with attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Perform data validation and analysis using company system.
• Perform financial/mathematical calculations (complex functions and analysis) using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Resolve any disputes related to sales data validation and account reconciliations.
• Archive and organize files according to confidentiality policies.
• Work with peers and other departments as needed to complete tasks
Qualifications
• Must possess Bachelor’s degree in any Business or Accounting related course
• Must possess EXTREMELY HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL
• Advanced proficiency is required for Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups.
• With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• With positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced industry
• Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig from Monday to Friday. Work from home on Saturday.
• Can start immediately
