Trio is hiring an After Hours Dispatcher for our clients in the United States. We are seeking a detailed oriented individual with excellent customer service experience and a level head to deal with stressful situations. The After Hours Dispatcher will be the main point of contact for The Company’s drivers. This position is full time, daytime hours in the Philippines with on -the -job training and competitive wage compensation. This position is in office, and will require a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities
• Scheduling and dispatching drivers or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
• Inbound/Outbound phone calls providing driver status
• Track and verify truck location before pick up and delivery, verify assigned drivers are on pace
• Communicate any delays on freight to customers
• Verify purchase orders, trailer, product, case count information on active loads and report and differences to customers
• Emergency Repair Support to include locating available repair services
• Load Documentation retrieval, evaluation, and support
• Issue “money codes” for any unloading fees, washouts, repair invoices(must be approved), etc
• Communicate with Senior Staff regarding delays, issues, and emergencies. Follow proper call chain if systems go down.
• Provide notes after shift, of anything addressed or still needing addressed for next shift
Requirements
• Exquisite communication in English
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition
• Outstanding clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes and personnel
• Exceptional client relations and presentable attitude
• Ability to work under stress and remain calm and to calm other people during rapidly changing circumstances
• Ability to learn and use computer and transportation systems
• Ability to relay information in a fast -paced environment
• Capacity to pivot from task to task quickly and effectively
