POSITION TITLE: Business Interlock Associate Manager
WORK SETUP: Return to Office

OVERALL PURPOSE:
Cap Dev KMKT lead is required for all new NGCO accounts getting transitioned in PH. The lead is required to oversee and govern KMKT activities for the accounts in transition under NGCO voice/non voice.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Capability Development – Instructor Associate Manager is responsible for the overall capability development program in specific business units in the Accenture Operations workforce. He/She provides direct support to business unit(s) of high complexity.

His/Her responsibilities include:

• Directing/Conducting the needs assessment cycle
• Aligning and managing business needs with solutions, budgets, cost implications, and quality
• Designing and developing capability development solutions
• Coordinating or delivering capability development events


PROCESSES
Review, Control and Improve the following Capability Development processes:
1. Needs Assessment
• Facilitate design, development, analysis, and scope of the needs’ assessment initiative
2. Alignment and Management
• Manage the interaction between Capability Development team, the business deals, and support groups

3. Design /Development
• Design and develop capability development solutions particularly on functional skill areas
4. Coordination/Delivery
• Coordinate the program flow from development to evaluation

OTHERS:
Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift
Project Rest Day: Rotation Off
Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 7-8 years of experience in Learning Operations, Knowledge Management, Transition, Operations, or Process Documentation
• Any F&A/HR/Health domain not necessarily in Learning
• Supervisory experience is an advantage
• Prior exposure to BPO / Shared Services / IT or Business Operations transitions is an advantage
• Excellent communication Skills
• Experience working with clients or global stakeholders preferred
