We are looking for a specialist ready to become "bilingual"—fluent in the technical backend of Salesforce and the strategic language of Deal Desk operations. As a Deal Analyst, you will be matched to one of our premier SaaS clients, where you will serve as the operational heartbeat of their sales cycle.
You will act as the strategic bridge connecting varying departments to facilitate approvals. Your mission is to monitor the deal pipeline, unclog bottlenecks, and ensure every opportunity moves through the system as efficiently as possible. From managing complex Salesforce cases to navigating Cloud Marketplaces (AWS, Azure), you are the guardian of deal velocity.
Orchestrate Deal Approvals: You will act as the central liaison between Sales, Finance, and Legal teams, ensuring all parties are aligned on terms and that nothing gets stuck in the "red tape."
Master the CRM Engine: Leveraging your deep Salesforce experience, you will manage and resolve case queues, ensuring the system supports the sale rather than hindering it.
Navigate Cloud Marketplaces: You will support the creation of private offers across AWS, GCP, and Azure marketplaces—a high -demand skill in the modern SaaS landscape.
Guardian of the Details: You will review customer contracts and documentation with eagle -eyed precision, ensuring critical details and language are accurate before execution.
Drive Pipeline Efficiency: You will actively monitor the deal pipeline, identifying stalls and proactively pushing deals through the approval process to help the client hit their revenue targets.
You’re a Salesforce Veteran: You have 3 -5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. You understand objects, workflows, and case management inside and out.
You’re a Diplomatic Communicator: You have exceptional written and verbal skills. You know how to speak "Sales" to a Rep and "Risk" to a Legal Counsel, keeping everyone on the same page.
You’re a Tool -Savvy Operator: You are knowledgeable in Google Sheets and Excel, and you adapt quickly to new systems (Slack, HubSpot, Zoom).
You Love Structure & Speed: You want a structured work environment where processes are clear, but you have the adaptability to pivot quickly when the end -of -quarter rush hits.
You’re Detail -Obsessed: You understand that one wrong decimal or clause can stall a deal, and you take pride in catching errors before they become problems.
