Job Description - Dealer

Ensure the efficient conduct of table games according to established policies and procedures while maintaining game security and integrity.
Provide high -quality service to manage patron expectations.
Deal assigned games in accordance with standard operating rules and procedures.
Demonstrate competence in chip work, float management, card placement, accurate payout, and other required skills.
Pay winning and collect losing wagers in a correct and smooth flow of the game, including cash buy -ins, chip buy -ins, and color changes.
Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and maintain patron identity and gaming history confidentiality.
Handle patron concerns quickly and efficiently within the scope of authority.
Invite patrons to register for card membership and assist with any related queries.
Perform manual shuffles or facilitate machine shuffles of cards as applicable.
Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies, as well as attendance and punctuality guidelines of the job.
Ensure compliance with company grooming standards.
