The Role

Do you like making social network apps a safe and enjoyable platform for users to connect with each other? We are looking for an entry level Trust & Safety Associate to join our Philippines office. In this key role, you are part of a global team that protects the platform for one of our partners. You will verify the identification of users to protect the platform’s integrity and ensure compliance.

What You’ll Do:

• You will be functioning in a Content Moderator role for one of our key clients. This client is an Adult Content Social platform.

• The Content Moderator is a highly impactful role. Your role involves protecting our client’s online community and that their audience has a safe place for communication.

• It is important to understand that in this role, you may be exposed to harmful content as part of your day to day responsibilities and/or project work. This content may include, but is not limited to, abuse, beastiality, sexual assault, torture.

What We Expect From You:

• Strong computer navigational skills.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.

• Strong work ethic and high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to work in an office setting.

• Comfort with adult content and nudity.
