Position Title:  Delivery and Inventory Management Officer

Job Summary:

To support the Delivery & Inventory Management Section in ensuring the efficient management of inventory, fulfillment, warehousing, and logistics operations for the Bank's standard furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFEs). The role is responsible for supply and demand planning, inventory monitoring, fulfillment coordination, inventory governance, and operational controls to ensure inventory availability, optimization, and effective service delivery. The role also serves as a checker within the section's maker-checker framework, oversees the work of Delivery & Inventory Management Assistants, and provides operational reports, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making and operational requirements.

Qualifications:

• With experience in supply chain and enterprise resource planning


• Intermediate to advance data analytics and reporting skills;


• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
