Responsible for providing design, planning, and implementation services for customers and partners through billed engagements. Also ensures accelerated adoption of technologies through strategic, architectural, and operational alignment within engagement delivery implementation
Supports Delivery Partners and/or teams, enhances support readiness, and ensures timely resolution by developing others
Performs thorough case reviews, customer wellness checks, maintains ops hygiene & rigor with no compromises on quality; ensures progression of cases to help solve increasingly complex sales & technical scenarios
Engages and collaborates with other groups - FTE teams including Enablement, Readiness, Supportability, Engineering & other stakeholders, in gaining resolution for critical, complex issues
Drives improvements on top pain areas by contributing and producing guides/readiness content to help with volume deflection
Improves existing processes, workflows and develops guidelines to drive efficiencies & tangible outcomes, resulting in increased CSAT and/or Sales Revenues
Responsible for selling cloud services. Responsible for all aspects of sales
