Dental CAD Engineer

100% Onsite • BGC, Taguig

This role is ideal for engineering, architecture, or IT graduates with strong 3D design skills — no dental background required.

We’re looking for sharp, trainable minds - problem solvers who learn fast, think in systems, and thrive in technical environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Design high-quality dental components using CADCAM software: crowns, bridges, veneers, implants, abutments, and wax-ups
• Interpret digital prescriptions and client preferences to produce accurate, functional, and aesthetic dental designs
• Work with 3D modeling tools to ensure accuracy across anatomy, margin, contact, and occlusion
• Maintain high-quality standards across all projects with minimal supervision
• Communicate with internal teams or clients to clarify case instructions and resolve design-related questions
• Contribute to a fast-paced, quality-focused production environment
• Keep your tools, systems, and workspace organized and audit-ready
• Take part in continuous learning and process improvements within the team

What We’re Looking For:

• Preferred: Background in engineering, industrial design, architecture, IT, or any CAD-based technical field

• Nice to have: 3D design experience or strong familiarity with desktop online games—especially those who are quick with a keyboard and comfortable navigating complex interfaces. We’ll train the right candidate.

• NOT required: A dental degree or dental lab experience - we’re open to those with strong technical aptitude and design sense

• Understanding of 3D structure, modeling logic, and spatial accuracy

• Comfortable following strict design standards and customer-specific requirements

• Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and self-managed

• Capable of working night shifts and managing productivity under deadlines

• Strong written English skills and the ability to communicate effectively via chat or email

• Must be willing to work 100% onsite at our BGC office
