Job Summary

Responsible for the general direction and supervision of the various functions of the department including accounting, budgeting, treasury, human resource management and development, records and communications, procurement, property management and general services.

Qualification Requirements

  • Candidate must have Master’s Degree or its equivalent or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC;
  • With at least five (5) years of supervisory/management experience;
  • Candidate should have at least 120 hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention; and
  • Must possess any of the following CSC Eligibilities: CSC Second Level Professional Eligibility, CES Eligibility or RA 1080.
  • Full time position

5. Photocopy of Transcript of Records/Diploma
