Duties & Responsibilities:
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats to operations and administrative processes
- Develop and implement risk mitigation or security plans to address identified threats and vulnerabilities
2.Personnel Security
- Oversee the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures for operations and administrative staff
- Plan security enhancement and awareness programs and training
3. Physical Security
- Design and implement physical security measures to protect facilities, equipment and assets associated with operations and administration.
- Manage access control system, surveillance and other physical security technologies.
4. Incident Response and Crisis Management
- Develop and maintain incident response plans tailored to operations and administrative scenarios
- Lead the response to security incidents and crisis, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and authorities
5. Security Technology Management
- Evaluate, implement and manage security technologies relevant to operations and administration such as intrusion detection system, surveillance cameras and access control system.
6. Latera Coordination
- Establish and maintain relationship with law enforcement, regulatory agencies and other relevant external partners
- Coordinate security efforts with external entities to enhance overall security effectiveness
7. Budget Management
- Develop and manage the security budget for operations and administration
- Ensure cost-effective security solutions without compromising effectiveness
8. Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
- Prepare and submit regular security report to executive leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree holder
- Security Certifications is a plus (e.g. CSP, CSMS, CPP etc.)
- Experience in various security industries (Hotel, Bank, Mining Protective Services etc.)
- Strong understanding of security technologies, risk management and crisis response
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
