Deputy Store Manager

Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multi-international company that retails luxury jewellery. Our respected client is looking for a talented Deputy Store Manager to provide support in leading store operations and selling of products. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales revenue management, budget planning, and retail operations strategies
• Ensure achievement of sales objectives and store and service KPIs by reviewing sales results and proposing action plans
• Manage all retail operations and procedures, ensuring compliance with company norms and procedures
• Develop and implement necessary actions, events, and activities to achieve sales targets, working closely with Regional Marketing & Communications
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, implementing client database activities as per marketing guidelines
• Establish a good working relationship with the landlord and drive sales to the store
• Provide ongoing training and development to the sales team, coaching them on extraordinary service, selling skills, and attitude
• Ensure the maintenance of the store, product assortment, and visual merchandising, and coordinate the maintenance and renovation of stores with ID as appropriate

Key job qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or equivalent
• 6-8 years of Store/Retail Operations experience, with at least 3 years in a relevant role
• Hand-on retail operations background
• Experience in leading a team, with at least 5 years in a people leadership capacity
• Willingness to work in Solaire Resort, Paranaque City on a shifting schedule, 5 days a week
