The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Derivatives Operations Specialist join our team. The selected candidate will handle many of the day-to-day operational responsibilities for the firm supporting our clients and our risk solutions and rates hedging sales teams.

What You’ll Do

Primary point of contact/first response for both client and internal operations-related inquiries
Interest Rate Derivatives (IRD) and FX new trade validation, IRD, FX and Commodity Derivatives GTR Reporting, IRD Confirmation generation and delivery
IRD Reset Notice generation and delivery, IRD and FX End of Day processing, IRD Month end processing including generation and delivery of numerous client reports
DerivativeEDGE System Entity/Users setup & distribution lists
Legal Entity Identifier registration, renewal, and client inquiry support
Pre-trade compliance documentation support and generation
Internal KYC gathering and support for eventual sign-off by our internal compliance team
Counterparty/Documentation Tracking & Maintenance
IRD and FX DTCC onboarding/account set up
IRD Legacy portfolio onboarding

Qualifications

5+ years of professional development experience
B.S Degree in Finance or related discipline
Experience with interest rate derivatives, FX, and compliance KYC tasks
Impeccable attention to detail and consistent accuracy
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, including proactive customer service skills
Ability to work independently, adapt, and complete tasks with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila Time)
