Design Architect (For Pooling)

The Design Architect will create comprehensive architectural plans for residential and commercial properties, translating client needs into functional and innovative designs. The role demands creativity, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Collaboration with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and regulatory compliance is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and design architectural plans for residential and commercial properties
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure that projects are completed to the highest possible standard
• Coordinate with other architects and designers to ensure that projects meet company standards
• Understand building codes and regulations to ensure compliance is met
• Review and evaluate project progress to ensure that it meets the approved design
• Present design proposals to clients, project managers and company executives
• Estimate project costs and set project timelines to ensure completion of projects within budget and deadlines
