Desktop Support Engineer

Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Quezon City)

Requirements:

• 5 years relevant experience with networking/firewall
• With at least 2 years of leadership experience
• Cisco Certification / Security Certification for Palo Alto, Checkpoint, FortiGate Firewall - preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Assists end-users in the Tower whose requests are documented by a ticket raised in WiServe Portal.
• Provide hands and feet support of our domain teams located in India.
• Join Incident calls in the occurrence of account outages.
• Conducts IT Asset Inventory Verification.
• Replies or updates email and chat communications for queries or concerns raised by the businesses.
